Our Saturday Night Cookout Dinner is a five hour trip into the Mokelumne River Canyon. Check in time for the Cookout is 4:30 pm. Please be on time for a prompt departure down into camp. Please no coolers or outside drinks. No Pets. Children 5 and younger are expected to ride on a parents lap for the ride down and up.
After the guide shows you the Museum, Camp and our Placer Gold mine operation, he will show you how to pan for gold (You keep the nuggets!).
The dinner is a hearty New York Steak BBQ. Just wait until you taste the awesome fried bread! Live entertainment too!
Cost is $65.00 per person, $55 for 6-12 year olds. Kids 5 and younger eat for free. No steak.
